- Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unhappy with any part of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will:
Re-clean the area(s) in question at no additional cost, or
Offer a partial or full refund based on the extent of the issue, if a re-clean is not feasible.
- Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
Services were not performed as described or booked
Our staff failed to show up or arrived significantly late without notice
Property was damaged due to proven negligence by our cleaning team
- Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
Customer fails to provide access to the property at the scheduled time
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment
Miscommunication regarding cleaning expectations not discussed before service
Requests for refunds made more than 48 hours after service
- Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

- Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5โ7 business days and issued via the original method of payment.
