By booking a service with AJ 365 LLC, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Services Provided

AJ 365 LLC offers professional residential and commercial cleaning services. All services are provided as agreed upon at the time of booking, and every effort will be made to meet client expectations.

  1. Booking and Scheduling

Clients must provide accurate information when booking services (location, date, service type, etc.).

Bookings are confirmed via phone or email.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, emergencies, etc.).

  1. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, cash, or bank transfers.

Late payments may incur a service fee or delay future bookings.

  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a $25 cancellation fee.

We allow one free reschedule per booking if notified at least 24 hours prior.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.

Remove fragile or valuable items prior to service.

Notify us of any pets or special cleaning needs in advance.

  1. Damages and Liability

Our team is trained to handle your property with care.

In the unlikely event of accidental damage, please report it within 24 hours.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the affected item and does not extend to sentimental value or indirect loss.

  1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will arrange a re-clean or offer a reasonable resolution.

  1. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service for:

Unsafe or hazardous conditions

Harassment or abusive behavior toward staff

Unsanitary environments beyond our scope of work

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on the AJ 365 LLC website, including logos, text, and graphics, is the property of the company and protected by copyright laws.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within the jurisdiction of Larose, LA.
